Rajesh Talwar is innocent -CBI declares.He is being released from Dhasna jail Ghaziabad today after 50 days of mental trauma and agony.He ws not allowed by UP police even to moan over his own daughters brutal murder and was taken in custody by UP police on charge of his own daughter’s murder. CBI said ,UP police had no evidence to take Rajesh Talwar into custody and acted only on the story created by Krishna
Krishna went to talwars house,at the night of murder with a friend and Hemraj took them to his room where they had drinks and after that they all went tp Arushi’s room.but as Arushi’s screamed ,they hit her with a blunt thing on head and tried to sexually molest her , to which Hemraj objected.They all then went on the terrace where Hemraj was murdered and after that krishna came down to Arushi’s room and slitted her throat

In a small village ,”Sadhan “near Pokhran in Jaiselmer, a 13 years old girl is revolting against a hoary tradition that has crushed many in childhood in Rajasthan - child marriage.

Asu Kunwar stood up against her father Bhom Singh’s decision who is bent to marry her to Sawai Singh,. who is 40 years old. Bhom Singh struck a deal with Sawai Singh ,2 years ago ,that he will give his daughters hand to him once she was old for rs 49,000 and a gold chain.

Refusing to crumble under social pressure, Asu is revoltin and now her father has to return the money to his prospective son in law.

Inadequate documents? Burney deported

Ansar Burney,Pakistan’s former human rights minister whose efforts resulted in release of Indian citizen Kashmir Singh and who is now campaigning hard for release of Sarabjeet Singh,was embrassed and sent bck to Dubai affter landing in Delhi.
It was very unfortunate and government blaming it on “inadequate documentation.The apology ,which was sent by a senior official to Burney was answered by ex-minister in strong words”i was deported and even made to sign papers regarding this.This is not fair.At least the government should have come out with the truth now.
Burney visited India six weeks back also and on the same documents

A joint seceratary from the foreign ministry called up Burney ;calling the incident very unfortunate and expressed regret Hhe also invited Burney to visit India saying he is alwayz welcome to visit India, but Burney said he has no plans to visit india as of now.
Burney threatened to move the UN if he was not told the reason for lookout notice–an advisory given to immigration officials against real and potential trouble makers– issued against him.

Alfred Hitchcock was a big name behind many successful films ,but actually he was a man who took a perverted pleasure in torturing his female stars-physically and immotionally.
This was indicated in”Alfred Hitchcock and his leading ladies”,That he lusted his leading ladies and his cruelity for them ruined his career.He had relationship with the actress Tippi Hedren which resulted in his career downfall.
He was so cruel that during filming of”The birds”,he asked his whole crew not to talk to Tippi.Then again during filming of”Marnie”the director’s obsession became worse.
Tippi disclosed that “he stared me at and simply said,as if it were the most natural things in the world,that from this time on,he expected me to make myself sexually available and accessible to him -however and whenever he wanted,”
“That was the moment,after almost three years of trying to cope,when i finally had enough -that was the limit,that was the end,”The Daily express”-quoted Tippi as saying.

A PERFECT REFORM VERDICT FROM CIYT COURT -DELHI

Two young men in their early 20’s , driving a BMW,who knocked down a rickshaw puller and beat him ,were found guilty of rash driving and assault ,have been given a chance by a city court to reform.
Metropolitan magistrate Gautam Mannan released the two accused named Sandeep Rawat and Amit Sharma on probation on one condition that “THEY WILL GO TO RICKSHAW PULLER’S HOUSE AND HELP HIS CHILDREN IN THEIR STUDIES AND SUBMIT A QUARTERLY REPORT ON HOW THEY HELPED THE CHILDREN IN PROVIDING THE OPPORTUNITIES FOR EDUCATION”
The court also ordered them to pay rs 10.000 as compensation.court said that “if the convict would understand the day to day hardship of the deprived section of the society,they will never commit such an offence in future and by understanding such an exercise, the accused will grow as compassionate human beings and would follow the legal and non-violent path.

Accused for murder found dead in Noida murder case

Yet another proof of police investigation CARELESSNESS came into limelight when the decomposed body of Hemraj -the accused according to Noida police was found with his throat slit on the terrace of the Sector 25 house.Hemraj was the prime accuse according to noida police in Arushi Talwar murder case .
The decomposed body of Hemraj was lying just two flights of stairs and a few feet away from the second-floor flat with a blood trail which investigating team cud not see on Friday.
A retired police officer and a family friends of Talwar’s ,K K Gautam when went to pay his condolence on saturday morning ,traced the dead body by following the blood trail to the terrace.His face was so bloated that he cud not be recognized easily.
the cops are unwilling to answer why the dog squad was not brought in which is a normal practice in such cases.
