The decomposed body of Hemraj was lying just two flights of stairs and a few feet away from the second-floor flat with a blood trail which investigating team cud not see on Friday.
A retired police officer and a family friends of Talwar’s ,K K Gautam when went to pay his condolence on saturday morning ,traced the dead body by following the blood trail to the terrace.His face was so bloated that he cud not be recognized easily.
the cops are unwilling to answer why the dog squad was not brought in which is a normal practice in such cases.
