A PERFECT REFORM VERDICT FROM CIYT COURT -DELHI

Two young men in their early 20’s , driving a BMW,who knocked down a rickshaw puller and beat him ,were found guilty of rash driving and assault ,have been given a chance by a city court to reform.
Metropolitan magistrate Gautam Mannan released the two accused named Sandeep Rawat and Amit Sharma on probation on one condition that “THEY WILL GO TO RICKSHAW PULLER’S HOUSE AND HELP HIS CHILDREN IN THEIR STUDIES AND SUBMIT A QUARTERLY REPORT ON HOW THEY HELPED THE CHILDREN IN PROVIDING THE OPPORTUNITIES FOR EDUCATION”
The court also ordered them to pay rs 10.000 as compensation.court said that “if the convict would understand the day to day hardship of the deprived section of the society,they will never commit such an offence in future and by understanding such an exercise, the accused will grow as compassionate human beings and would follow the legal and non-violent path.
