Rajesh Talwar is innocent -CBI declares.He is being released from Dhasna jail Ghaziabad today after 50 days of mental trauma and agony.He ws not allowed by UP police even to moan over his own daughters brutal murder and was taken in custody by UP police on charge of his own daughter’s murder. CBI said ,UP police had no evidence to take Rajesh Talwar into custody and acted only on the story created by Krishna
Krishna went to talwars house,at the night of murder with a friend and Hemraj took them to his room where they had drinks and after that they all went tp Arushi’s room.but as Arushi’s screamed ,they hit her with a blunt thing on head and tried to sexually molest her , to which Hemraj objected.They all then went on the terrace where Hemraj was murdered and after that krishna came down to Arushi’s room and slitted her throat

This case has once again shook general public’s trust on police.A father wah treatedhumanly.He was not even allowed to cry on his only daughter’s brutal murder.Who will take the responsibility of 50 days he passed in jail and that too with a defame.

Its an unfortunate situation. first, hemraj was blamed. when he was found murdered, the entire nation blamed the father of killing his daughter because he had an affair with another woman and hemraj because he had an affair with his daughter. till yesterday Dr. Talwar was the prime suspect in the case. its such a sad situation, imagine the father’s condition. his daughter is killed several times over with stories of how she was romantically likned with hemraj or krishna were splashed out in the media.

Remeber Nithari, it was the Noida police and then the CBI came in to the picture and do u remember it created a mess of the investigation. The CBI charged his servant and Mr Pandher was allowd to go off easily and when the court intervened he was chargesheeted. Mr. Rajesh Talwar is not innocent and once again CBI is in to fix to answer too many questions.

Dear Neelu Singh

Its very much evident that Thalwaars tried to destroy the evidence of the culprit. Then how can they be innocent?
Actually they (may be, if not the direct ones who did the crime,not sure) are involved as much as the murderer because they tried to destroy the evidence. It is also a big crime.
