Rajesh Talwar is innocent -CBI declares.He is being released from Dhasna jail Ghaziabad today after 50 days of mental trauma and agony.He ws not allowed by UP police even to moan over his own daughters brutal murder and was taken in custody by UP police on charge of his own daughter’s murder. CBI said ,UP police had no evidence to take Rajesh Talwar into custody and acted only on the story created by Krishna
Krishna went to talwars house,at the night of murder with a friend and Hemraj took them to his room where they had drinks and after that they all went tp Arushi’s room.but as Arushi’s screamed ,they hit her with a blunt thing on head and tried to sexually molest her , to which Hemraj objected.They all then went on the terrace where Hemraj was murdered and after that krishna came down to Arushi’s room and slitted her throat
